PhishFirewall Onboarding: Adding Users (CSV)

So, for this step you will be handling this through your admin account, that you should have received an email with instructions on how to set up! You will need to set up an organizational unit, and you will need to allow PhishFirewall API access to your Azure AD to get an updated list of Users.

Please note that only business emails that have been whitelisted via our instructions are allowed to be uploaded into our system. We do not permit the use of public or free email services, such as Gmail.com, Yahoo.com, or any other similar free email accounts, as they can create issues with our delivery of training, and phishing simulations.

You will click the "Sync" button on the side menu and select CSV upload while following the below instructions. If you have any issues feel free to reach out to your Customer Success Manager.

Below is the manual process if your company has decided not to Sync with your Employee Database:
(We do recommend against this as it creates duplicate records that are not synchronized)

Bellow you can find the headings that your CSV File will need.
First Name *
Last Name *
Email Address *
Department
Job Title
Location
Supervisor
Phone Number (optional)
Employee ID # or Active Directory Username

All You will do is click the button bellow, and be taken to the Admin Portal to upload the CSV into our system.
