Step 1: Upload your company's logo

  1. Click on the "Upload" button next to the "Logo" section.
  2. In the pop-up window, browse to the location of your company's logo file. Select the file and click "Open."
  3. Click "Save" to confirm the upload. Your company's logo will now appear in all the simulated spear-phishing emails.

Step 2: Input the individuals who the simulated spear phishing emails will come from and add their signatures

  1. Click on the "Edit" button under the signature section.
  2. In window, input the name and email address of the individual you want the emails to appear to come from.
  3. In the same window, locate the "Signature" section. Here, input the HTML or Text signature of the individual.
  4. Click "Save" to confirm the additions. The entered individuals will now appear as the senders of the simulated spear-phishing emails.

Step 3: Edit the appearance of the URL in the email

  1. Click on the "Edit" button under the "URL " section.
  2. In the window, you'll see a text field with a  URL. This is the text that the recipients will see, not the actual URL they'll be directed to.
  3. You can also configure a subdomain to use in these emails also.
  4. Input the URL appearance you want them to see in the email.
  5. Click "Save" to confirm the changes. The URL appearance in the simulated spear-phishing emails will now match your input.
